How Sports and Health Are More Related These Days



Today we are trapped in what we might call the "technology age" with mobile phones, internet and other cool gadgets that are invented just to make our lives easier. What we see is that we forgot to keep in touch with a healthy lifestyle that includes:. Sleeping enough hours, easy to eat a diet with regular hours and more importantly exercise

No matter what sport you choose to practice and any level of performance, it's just that at least one hour a day for sporting activities. It has been proven hundreds of times that the exercises make our body look slimmer and healthier, and makes our lives longer and happier with endorphins being released into the bloodstream after any sporting activity. If this is not enough to convince you that health is strongly associated with daily sports activities, but we can only mention some of the diseases caused by lack of physical activity. Obesity is, of course, on top of these diseases and countries like the U.S. face a real national issue with more than a quarter of the population suffer from these diseases.

Obesity is just the beginning in a long series of illnesses that includes heart problems, diabetes and even cancer. With that being said I believe that everyone should really take this issue seriously and start practicing before it's too late. Fortunately there are solutions for it anytime and anywhere. It is not necessary to be awakened in the middle of the night, put your jogging shoes and start running in the streets. Now we have an indoor steppers, running belts and even bicycles. It would also be great if you could buy one of these machines equipped with sensors that can detect the heartbeat as fat is only burned at a rate of 120-140 beats per minute. Below this value of 120 BPM will lose water, but as soon as you finish exercising you drink it back. Over 140 BPM protein will be burned without oxygen, and your fat will stay the same. Better check this carefully as a lot of people do exercises with the results of small water sports activities and leave the disappointments that every attempt is doomed to failure.
