Not Getting Enough Sleep Can Harm Your Health

We have all the time when we are awake during the night. We toss and turn, and when we wake up in the morning, have little energy. Sleep (insomnia), has many consequences, including a lack of alertness, reduced efficiency, mental impairment, poor quality of life, job injury, a car injury. Why can not I get a good night's sleep?

In the past few weeks, I became aware of the toll lack of sleep leads to tijelu.Prije month I caught a cold and cough to me awake at night. After a week of interrupted sleep I felt like I was living my life in slow motion. And I was. Although daytime naps help I longed for a solid night of sleep. I took some steps to control my cough, and finally slept through the night.

See your doctor if you have trouble sleeping in progress. He or she can perform tests to evaluate your sleep and scope of your sleep. Drugs can keep you from sleeping, and your doctor can review medications, including over-the-counter ones and additions, see what happens. Your Doctor May from asking you to sleep diary, noting the date, time, drugs that are stressful situations, the food we ate, and whether or not performed. Most doctors ask their patients to this diary for at least a month.

Although I did not keep a diary of sleep, I track the number of nights I was awake, eating bland food, and went for daily walks. Poor sleep is associated with many serious medical illnesses such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke, obesity, psychiatric problems and attention deficit disorder (ADD).
